Angry Birds Epic new trailer

Newest game of Angry Birds series, although a little bit different than what we've seen untill now. This will be an epic fantasy RPG, war between the very angry birds fighting the bad piggies.

Nevermind - Biofeedback horror game, or the future of gaming?

We've seen all kind of new game gadgets on the market and in developement, like Kinect, Oculus Rift, etc. I think we are slowly entering a new era of videogames. We have seen many times virtual reality machines in movies, books where you can enter the game, experience it more closely, and this fantasy is coming to life.

With this new Kickstarter project a group of people is trying to do a game that is sensor monitored, and the game changes the way you experience it. Nevermind is a biofeedback horror adventure game about tramuas, fears and everything that comes with these. We have seen many new indie horror/survival/adventure games lately. Mostly they are average games wit a few good exceptions. Then they added Oculus Rift, creating amazing lifelike game experience. And now we have this little wonder coming up. You put on you Oculus, plug in the sensor monitor and enter a whole new world.

The monitor tracks how scared the player gets, and you need to manage your anxiety to beat the game.  The story takes you into a dark world of traumatized victims, where you have to solve puzzles. The game design looks like it will create a proper atmosphere and mood to the game.

The game is already preapproved by Valve on Steam, and got many acknowledgements.

It will be playable without the motion sensor as well, but who are we kidding? That will be the reason we will buy this game.

The Sims 3 Into the future Producer Walkthrough

I can't wait to play this expansion. I like how they added robots. You can change the past or the future. This expansion will be the best of all! I can't wait to destroy my city and make them live in a postapocalyptic city.

The Sims 4 First Official Gameplay Trailer

Everybody likes messing with the little people in the Sims games. In 2014 will come the next game (which I can't wait for)

Character creation

I always had trouble with sliders, this new way of sculpting them, like you can sculpt clay, looks really great. Much simpler than with the sliders, this looks so much better than in the other Sims.
+ you can customize their movement.
I would like to see more about new clothes, maybe accesories. I hope there will be lots and lots of them, maybe alien and zombie skin... (I bet there will be an expansion for stuff like this)

Emotions

This is quite new, I can't wait to play with their emotions (I like playing God in games). Also like the voodoo doll revenge.
+ the environment affects them more than before.

Building

Big + that you can move rooms. I had sometimes trouble with building a room and then wanting to relocate it but didn't had the mood to rebuild the whole room. Always planned to build huge houses with interesting architecture, but maybe in this one I will already do it.

This game looks really promising. I like that characters aren't too realistic, I think that would have ruined the game. I can't wait for more gameplay, and the game.

Preview: 7 days to die

You like Minecraft? You like zombies? Here's a perfect game for you!!! I'm not good at advertising. 

So this is a new game, I accidently stumbled upon when I was reading some gaming news instead of working on my grad project. 

First off please watch the pre-alpha trailer before reading my opinion about it so I won't be responsable for any bad influence. 

Now, that you have your opinion you can read mine. OMG I'm really excited about this game. It's simple, postapocaliptyc zombies-come-at-night survival game. No big story, no hour-length cutscenes (I hope, beacuse somtimes they really annoy me, although I mostly prefer games with good stories). 

*I was wondering while watching a french presentation video if zombies are called zombie in every language?

So basically the gameplay is similar to minecraft. You have a world made out of cubes which you can mine, pick up, etc., and craft stuff out of it to survive. Although the graphics are a little more up to date, than in minecraft, I like the idea of a world made out of cubes. Also love the idea of having guns to defend yourself from the zombies that come at night to kill you. 

The game will be released in fall.
